Pamela Gerloff

Dr. Pamela Gerloff is co-author, with Robert W. Fuller, of
Dignity for All: How to Create a World without Rankism (Berrett-Koehler
Publishers, 1998). She is a writer, educator, speaker, and consultant
specializing in transformational change. Known to some as “Possibility
Pamela,” her work is simultaneously light-hearted and deep, operating from
the premise that profound and positive change can be gentle and graceful,
and can occur with ease.
Currently, she
offers workshops, presentations, and leadership training programs on
Creating a Culture of Dignity where you work, worship, learn, and live. Information about
